About Our Office

Our office provides a variety of podiatric care.  We perform minor surgery in the office to include removal of ingrown toenails and warts.  We treat various painful conditions, including, but not limited to: heel spur syndrome, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, tendonitis, and sprains.  We have x-ray capabilities, which enables Dr. Cahill to give you immediate analysis of your x-ray at your current visit. Our office also provides wound care to patients who may have ulcers or wounds associated with diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, or structural deformities.

Dr. Cahill performs outpatient surgery at Palmetto Health Outpatient surgery for procedures as bunionectomies, removal of heel spurs, hammertoe repair, osteotomies, endoscopic plantar fasciitis, and other foot deformities.  We are here to help you with palliative foot care, e.g., nail trimming, debridement, corns and callouses, and the treatment of fungal toenails.  We gladly see patients of all ages from children to geriatric.

Our goal is to provide personal, friendly, and caring service. We are proud to offer a small clinical office in a small, special town! Dr. Cahill and his wife, Lori, have been located in Sumter for over 28 years! We pride ourselves in personally knowing our patients and our community. We do not use automated phone systems so when you call you will always speak directly to one of our staff during normal business hours.
